NE Fort Lauderdale & Lauderdale-By-The-Sea

This photograph is looking north
from just below what is now Commercial Boulevard. Back then there was no
Boulevard or bridge! Imperial Point, Bay Colony and The Landings didn't
exist. NE 56th Street is a sandy strip, and just a small colony of homes
had been built in what is now NE 53rd Street.
